Details
Overview
TC950 can output SCR phase-angle trigger pulses or analog signals such as 4-20mA, 0-20mA and 0-10V. It can directly trigger SCR modules to form a DC voltage regulator or control VFDs and other power units.
Closed-Loop Tension Control
The controller measures actual web tension and compares it with the target tension. PID calculation adjusts output to control tension with high precision. Automatic/manual bumpless transfer, synchronous tracking and synchronous start-stop functions support production-line operation.
Synchronous Tracking
The synchronization function tracks the speed of the previous drive unit. When system speed changes, the tension section follows quickly and adjusts output to reduce tension fluctuation.
